Parkview

Parkview office building is located in the Pankrác area of Prague 4, at the intersection of Hvězdova and Pujmanová Streets, right within the charming neighborhood of Pankrác Central Park.

This nine-story office center covers almost 16,000 square meters and is known for its distinctive white facade with balconies from the second to the seventh floor. The facade also includes a special shading system with 3D perforated aluminum elements to create a comfortable work environment while saving energy.

Inside the building, a publicly accessible space has been thoughtfully designed, featuring a sunken island surrounded by lush trees and greenery, providing a tranquil spot for relaxation. To add a touch of artistry to the atmosphere, a captivating light installation created by artist Mark Číhal is suspended from the ceiling, resembling a luminous cloud floating above the greenery in the atrium.

The underground structure was waterproofed with Xypex. The complete waterproofing solution included Xypex Admix NF in the foundation slab and all sub-terrain perimeter walls, a treatment of construction, kicker and expansion joints, sealing of inlets, outlets, tie-holes and other details.

Tato devítipodlažní kancelářská budova má téměř 16 000 m2 plochy a vyniká svou bílou fasádou s balkony od druhého do sedmého patra. Fasáda zahrnuje speciální systém stínění s 3D perforovanými hliníkovými prvky, který zajišťuje příjemné pracovní prostředí a šetří energii.

Vnitřek budovy nabízí otevřený prostor s zapuštěným ostrůvkem obklopeným stromy, který poskytuje klidné místo k odpočinku. Zároveň zde visí umělecká světelná instalace od Marka Číhala, která připomíná světelný oblak nad zelení v atriu.

Hydroizolace spodní stavby nového kancelářského komplexu byla provedena v rámci systému Xypex. V rámci tohoto systému byla použita přísada Xypex Admix NF pro zajištění vodonepropustnosti betonů a ošetřeny všechny pracovní a dilatační spáry, otvory po spojovacích tyčích, prostupy a další detaily.
