The Nové Letňany Residence, another development project by Central Group, features a contemporary residential complex comprising six new buildings with a total of 720 apartments. The site boasts convenient connectivity to the highway. Additionally, the residential complex is just a few minutes away from the „C“ metro station and one of the largest shopping and entertainment areas in the Czech Republic.
Approximate 5000 kg of Xypex Admix C-1000 NF used for waterproofing of the foundation of the project.
Rezidence Nové Letňany, další developerský projekt společnosti Central Group, představuje moderní obytný komplex sestávající ze šesti nových budov s celkem 720 byty. Lokalita se může pochlubit výhodným napojením na dálnici. Rezidenční komplex se navíc nachází jen několik minut od stanice metra „C“ a jedné z největších nákupních a zábavních zón v České republice.
Na hydroizolaci základů projektu bylo použito přibližně 5000 kg Xypex Admix C-1000 NF.
