An eight-storey building with 8 aboveground and 3 underground floors that will offer modern office space.
This glass and reinforced concrete building strives for the BREEAM certificate. The design contains low-energy air-conditioning system and steam heating system with heat recuperation. Cooling and heating are ensured by chilled beams installed in the ceilings. The users will appreciate fresh air ventilation of the offices and sun protection on the exposed sides by sunshades. The building owner will welcome lower operation costs.
Overall, the building will offer 7,000 m2 of areas that are designed as open plan offices that can be subsequently divided into individual offices according to tenant’s wishes. Offices and meeting rooms will be situated around a circular atrium. The architects have allowed for a capacity of 120 persons per floor. The building roof will definitely be of interest. There will be a terrace with benches and planting for relaxation with a wide view of the surroundings. The building will house 85 parking spaces in underground garages, of that 6 disabled, and cyclists will be able to use bicycle racks, lockers and water-saving showers.
Xypex Admix C-1000 NF was used in the substructure concrete.
Administrativní budova o osmi nadzemních a třech podzemních podlažích nabídne moderní kancelářské prostory.
Prosklený železobetonový objekt usiluje o zařazení do certifikace BREEAM Excellent. V projektu je zanesena nízkoenergetická klimatizace i teplovzdušné vytápěni s rekuperací tepla. Chlazení i vytápěni je vedené indukčními trámy zabudovanými ve stropních podhledech. Díky technologii indukčních trámů majitel budovy dosáhne nižších provozních nákladů.
Celkově budova nabídne 7 000 m² ploch, které budou koncipovány do open space prostor, které lze následně rozdělit na jednotlivé kanceláře dle požadavku nájemců. Kanceláře a zasedací místnosti budou situovány kolem kruhového atria. Architekti počítají s kapacitou až 120 osob na patře. Zajímavosti bude jistě střecha budovy. Přinese relaxační terasu s lavičkami a zeleni včetně výhledu do širokého okolí. Součásti budovy bude i 85 parkovacích míst v podzemních garážích, z toho 6 stáni pro osoby se sníženou schopnosti pohybu a orientace, pro cyklisty budou k dispozici stojany na kola, skřínky a sprchy s úsporou vody.
Xypex Admix C-1000 NF byl použit v betonech spodní stavby.
