The Astrid Centre is a new residential structure with an administrative building in an inner-block area, characteristic for the urbanism of this part of Prague. The courtyard itself is divided into a public and a private part. The main concept focuses on livability, complementing the public space with outdoor amenities, playgrounds, low lighting, and an area with water features.
Nekap provided the waterproofing of the underground structure. Xypex Admix C-1000 NF was used as part of the waterproofing system, as well as waterproofing joints, penetrations, and other details. Nekap provided a full waterproofing guarantee for the substructure.
Astrid Centre je nová rezidenční budova s administrativním objektem umístěná v prostoru vnitrobloku, charakteristickém pro urbanismus této části Prahy. Vlastní vnitroblok je rozdělen na veřejnou a soukromou část. V návrhu je kladen velký důraz na pobytovost, veřejný prostor doplňuje mobiliář, herní prvky, nízké osvětlení a plocha s vodními tryskami.
Společnost Nekap zajišťovala hydroizolaci spodní stavby. V rámci hydroizolačního systému byl použit Xypex Admix C-1000 NF, dále byly vodotěsně ošetřeny spáry, prostupy a další detaily. Společnost Nekap poskytla plnou záruku na vodotěsnost spodní stavby.
